The Straub Family is sponsoring the Radio Broadcast which is on CKSW November 27th in Loving Memory of Art Staub.

Dec 2: Christmas Tea, Bake sale and Fashion Show from 2:00 – 4:00 at First United Church.  

Dec 5:  The Swift Current Oratorio Choir & Special Guests are pleased to present "Sounds of Christmas Past". 

The concert takes place at Zion Mennonite. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased in advance at Pharmasave or at the door.

Dec 6: Laughing All the Way a Christmas Comedy and carols for the whole family, 7:00pm at Community Baptist. 

Advent Devotional booklets from LAMP and On Eagle Wings are on the back table, along with CLWR “Gifts from The Heart” catalogues. Please help yourself. 

Fresh Start is taking over the "Adopt a Senior" program that has happened in Swift Current for the last few years. There is a facebook group in Swift Current called "Adopt a Senior for the Christmas Holidays". You can join the group for more information or call Fresh Start at (306) 773-8168 if you would like to participate. Last year 678 Seniors in Swift Current, Herbert, Gull Lake and Cabri received gifts! 

Adopt-A-Family for Christmas: There are envelopes on the back table for your donations. St. Olaf will be participating through the Salvation Army. Like last year, we will collect cash and provide gift cards for a grocery store for the family to do their own shopping! We will receive a list of gift suggestions for the family's wish list as well, suggested gift amount is up to $60. If you would like to donate a special item that might seem like a luxury (Oils from Olea, or fancy chocolates, etc) that is very welcomed and appreciated. This will be delivered the week of December 12.
